We want you to love your No.6 purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, discounted products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Support Page and fill out the return request form.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
